Scope

The general contractor had just implemented a very heavy install of an industry-leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.  Multiply was asked to review the overall sales process, reporting, and CRM information and then make recommendations on how to enhance these areas.  The company managed sales through multiple verticals and geographies and needed consistency across each.  The company has operations across the United States and has approximately $2B in revenue.

Solution

The sales process was data heavy and treated all cycles the same.  The team adopted recommendations that identified key sales cycles that required intentional action and preparation.
