Assist the Office of Advancement in developing career paths and a management framework for Development team and teams supporting those in Development. The matrixes included:

  • Role
  • Levels within the role
  • Tasks the role is responsible for
  • Skills necessary to complete the task
  • The department consists of 100+ employees and is responsible for multiple millions in revenue.

Solution

Multiply produced the designs and career matrices for six organizations that allowed the revenue producers and those that support them to understand:

  • How to promote within a role
  • The tasks necessary to be successful
